Guerilla Moulds is a symbiotic relationship, operating under the monikers Aspergillus and Thamnidium
The project mission is to inhabit and accentuate the beauty of unused or unwanted spaces in our city, to create a dialogue around the placement and content of public art projects.
The aim is to showcase and explore the limitlessness and innate beauty found in mould as an organism through our artistic renderings of mould structures.
Guerrilla Moulds wishes to engage the viewer through the juxtaposition of the organic shapes, colourful patterns and textured landscapes of these organisms against the rigid frame and confines of the gallery space.
